COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
Dear Valued Patients,
We hope you and your families are doing well. In our continued response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that our team at Elite Dental Care TN practices universal precautions every day in our office. This means we use hospital-grade cleaning agents that disinfect and kill all bacteria and viruses on contact. We wipe down every surface in our treatment rooms after each patient and use barriers on all surfaces. In addition, we are wiping down all regularly touched areas, door knobs, etc. multiple times per day in order to keep everyone safe and healthy.
The best thing we all can do is follow the protocols set forth by the CDC
www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019
Our primary goal is to keep you and our team healthy. If you currently feel ill, have a temperature or a cough, we request you reschedule your appointment in our office. This is especially true if you have shortness of breath. If you, or someone you are in close contact with, have recently traveled overseas, been diagnosed with COVID-19, or quarantined as a precaution, please wait 14 days to reschedule your appointment. To keep yourself safe, take increased precautions that you would during cold and flu season. Wash your hands frequently for 20+ seconds, use alcohol based hand sanitizer, and stay home if you are feeling ill.
Thank you for being a valued patient of Elite Dental Care TN! We care for your health on a daily basis.

The information that follows is designed to answer many of your questions regarding our practice. Should you have any additional questions, please ask, since we are here to help you.
Routine And Cosmetic Dental Appointments
We see all patients on an appointment basis, and we ask that you call in advance so that we may reserve time just for you. When you make an appointment, please remember that it is RESERVED time for you. Short notice cancellations cause lost time for you, other patients, Mandy, and Dr. Bill. Our communication system sends multiple texts and emails well ahead of your appointment, giving ample opportunity should you need to change your reserved time. Should an emergency arise that prevents you from keeping you reserved appointment, we ask that you notify our office at least 48 hours in advance. Without prior notification, you may be charged a broken appointment fee.
Your First Visit
To help make your first visit to our office smooth and pleasant, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early. During this time, we would like to introduce you to our staff and privately record your medical history for review by Dr. Lenihan.
Payments
We make every effort to keep the cost of dental care reasonable while maintaining the highest quality possible. We ask that payment be made at the end of each visit. If you have insurance, we ask that the co-payment part of the charge be paid at the end of each visit.
Other arrangements may be made, depending on special circumstances, which can be discussed with Dr. Lenihan or our Financial Coordinator at the time of your appointment.
