Street Painting Festival
Thursday, October 14th, 2010
Again, the Street Painting Festival at Roane State C.C. was a success. Sponsored by Oak Ridge Rotary, the artwork is always special because it brings out artists and groups to toil over a section of cement. The effort is special and the artwork is frequently exceptional. The best part is always that the sponsorship money is used for scholarships for Non-Tradtional students at Roane State who many times are the only members of their families to go to college …ever. View the art at the Roane State or OR Rotary websites. A truly great day. Again.
